I have an appointment today because I have problems opening an account online. Ms. Angelica von Arx is super friendly and helpful, answers every question, and explains everything well and understandably! My German is not good, so we used English, and I felt very comfortable. Highly recommend.

I can only speak positively about the Trudering branch and the overall rescue operation by HVB. All financial transactions are handled easily and quickly. Mr. Keller is always a valuable and competent contact person for investment matters. You can tell that he prepares very well and develops individual solutions and offers. Requests are processed quickly and thoroughly.
