I received very friendly, professional, and helpful advice from Mr. Schmid and Ms. Dell at the branch. My concerns were resolved promptly and excellently. I can only recommend this branch with such competent and courteous counter advisors.
My questions were answered, but the problems weren't resolved. For the high bank fees, I expect more than a referral to the online service. The offended response to a minor complaint about the service is unprofessional.
