I reported a case of fraud whereby someone transferred money from my account. I send them an email and they told me to call. I called them and they say they will call back which they never did. I called again to get an understanding how will they secure my account but they were rude telling me it was a paper based transfer with your signature and dropped the call. I called again they dropped it. Left with no option than to visit the bank physically. I talked to the lady who was rude and said i don't even understand what you are saying, call this number. There is nowhere to go except to drop the bank altogether, because they dropped the calls. It seems they are forcing me to accept the identity of the thief out there and protecting the perpetrator. I am so disappointed with this bank. I hope their management will see this and act upon it. I even wonder how can they approve such a transaction to begin with. All they say is its your signature. Great bank in Germany and in Munich!👍 I would like to express my gratitude to HypoVereinsbank and its friendly staff at Munchener Freheit for the fact that the managers helped to quickly and efficiently open a bank account, helped with servicing the card, taught how to print a bank statement at an ATM!👌 When I needed help in connecting Online banking, the management invited me to the office as a VIP client and completely helped me in solving this problem! I want to report that I've always had a very positive experience with HypoVereinsbank München Kurfürstenplatz. My bank agents have always been very responsive, polite and professional (thank you Mr. Gauf and Mr. Yeddes!). This is in stark contrast with the banks I deal with in my home country. I would highly recommend HVB in Kurfurstenplatz.
