Don't let the bank make any international transfers. They apparently put trainees on the computers who can't count properly, who then simply transpose the numbers into the account number. The audacious thing is that the bank then sends a corrected letter to the foreign bank, but then, completely brazenly and without informing you, debits another €30 from the account for it, even though DZ Bank made the mistake. It seems that banks can't be equated with a criminal organization other than slowly.
One star is too much. I called to ask something and have never in my life had such a rude conversation. The lady doesn't belong there at all. If she doesn't like the job she's doing, she should maybe choose a different profession.
This is not a traditional bank, but an umbrella organization of Raiffeisen banks.
