This bank have the worst customer care in the world ,this people have spent 2 month just to process my digital banking, when they send you a form to fill ,after filling and submitting they will ask you to do it again, I have submitted 1 form 6 good times ,sometimes they will say they have received it ,the next minutes they will say they didn't see the form ,just frustrating customers so unprofessional 😡😡😡
