Very spacious, good customer service. Less crowd and low queue
Good UBA branch. Not as big as it's counterparts in the area but just as effective.
Very bad experience, the lady working at the counter with golden dye color on her short hair cut should be cautioned and lectured on the need for a good customer service, she's acting as if she's being forced to do the work, very less concerned lady, they kept me standing for almost an hour without doing any thing at the counter, just gisting with each other, if I can't get a good service with uba I will close down the account with them, I'm feeling very bad right now
The banking hall here is quite spacious and the staff are quite attentive. There were not too many customers when I attended and the indoor temperature was cool enough but not too cold
