Good customer service, the money gram was fast and i got a gift for being a good customer, good job to all the staff I was really Amazed

Good customer service and friendly staff. Spacious car park. Three ATM machine available outside the bank for withdrawal 24/7

The big spacious white painted bank building with its touch of red logo attractive for a modern bank and has a wide space for cars to park outside the building. The ATM here works fine and has good banking staffs trained in their different services being offered. It's a strong competition here and it does well to keep its customers.

Coming from someone who is on the American side, DO NOT conduct business with this “international bank”. If I could give 0 stars I would. They refuse to release my father’s money, after they received it months ago. It has been one situation after another for months: “bank holiday”, “we need verification”, “the money has not been released yet”. I will happily update this review once the situation has changed, but as of 6/17/2024, this is the status. They will be hearing from my lawyer shortly.

Banking experience is never less stressful, if you encounter professional bankers that provide quality and excellent service. This particular branch is exceptional in service delivery, with committed staffs that aid the process. United Bank of Africa is indeed worth every bit. Keep up the good work and service to customers.
