TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM 5900 Dorchester Road Niagara Falls

I want to share my appreciation for the exceptional customer service I received today from John Carvajal. He was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to help me. I also want to recognize Adam, who has consistently been incredibly helpful throughout my time as a customer. Their dedication and friendly support make every interaction a positive experience. I would like to thank Joey Elia for always taking the extra time to help me out. Joey made my banking experience feel personal from start to finish. He took the time to really listen, remembered the little details, and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. Walked in 7 people behind the counter laughing joking hands in their pockets. Waited between 5 to 10 minutes to be served. I just needed a new bank card. Not one of them could have said hello sir. Hi. We’ll be right with you anything outside of doing nothing and ignoring me. I see why they have so many 1’s.

The worst TD bank ever. The ATM Machine outside is always down and out of service specially on the weekends and holidays where you need it the most. I won't recommend this branch since it is always frustrating to go on this place. The service is too slow.Just wasting your time, effort and your gas. TD Portage branch is the best.

I really don't know why my credit card was confiscated at the brunch without being called, while I asked the employee to send the card to my mail box when I applied for it, but unfortunately they didn't send it, they already opened the envelope and kept the card here and didn't call me until I called myself after a month and followed up. I think it’s crazy
