Td in general this past month has been very frusturating, had to get a new card from my branch so I came here. somehow all my other interact info was incorrect on my mobile account.. had to spend an hour on the phone after this to have all my information corrected. I also asked why my cheque for mobile deposit that was below the threshold was being held and they couldn’t give me an answer. I don’t know what happened but I am very unimpressed. I’ve been a td client for over 14 years and haven’t been left in the dark like this up until this point. Please do better!
I went into this Branch for some advice and I was amazed at how great the service was The Manager Sean came out to speak with me. I let him know that he has a great team. Accidentally put loved one’s debit card in the bank machine. Didn’t know why my pin wasn’t working. Machine said to go to human teller. Human teller accused me of fraud confiscated and threatened to destroy the card. I understand policy but please realize human beings make mistakes. Please be a little more kind. This is my bank. I am your customer too. Update: my family member went to the bank with ID to retrieve their card, as the bank manager instructed us to do. They are refusing to return the card and claiming it was destroyed. I am medically disabled and feel I was treated unfairly at my bank yesterday because of my disability. This was truly a horrible experience. This was a waste of my time and my very limited energy. I will be going back to the bank in person to complain to management again as soon as I have recovered from yesterday and am well enough to handle it
I really enjoyed waiting in line for 8 minutes so the teller could finish her conversation with a customer about where they travel and vaccines. And regailing eachother in tales of extravagance and wonderment. Like the transaction is done...keep it moving. Its New years eve. Thanks for your response. It didn't do anything to help the matter. Nor did your follow-up email. Nor did the non existant phone call i was supposed to receive.
