TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM 2110 Wyandotte Street West University

They need to close this bank down. Always only 2 tellers working with long lines of customer waiting. The branch managers who run this branch have been there for a long time u would think they would know how to schedule their staff accordingly. They should have people who are sitting in the back office laughing and chit chatting come out and assist when they see line ups out the door. So many customers complain while in the branch waiting in line and staff ignore it. I will be looking for a new bank.

Manager of this bank should be fired. Big line up waited over 30 minutes for my turn. I don't know why 3 girls working on one computer seems like still learning. Staff is soo slow. Looking at the 3.4 star review seems like they don't give a shit about customers.

I am a TD customer for years and never had a negative experience until today. The branch manager refused to take rolled up coins and gave me a look of anger and frustration. I am not here at the bank to see your frowning face. I am here to get a service and you are obliged to give it. I will definitely not do business with TD and will close up all my accounts.

I have been a TD customer for 15 years, and never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect at any branch — until I came to 2110 Wyandotte St W, Windsor. The very second I stepped out of my car, before I could even take one step, some guy stormed out of the bank with his arms crossed, face twisted in anger, and barked at me: “You going to the bank?!” He shouted it like I was some criminal trespassing. Then he threatened to have my car towed. Excuse me? That’s how you greet a loyal customer of over a decade? Like a dog? I yelled back “YES!!!” because what else do you say when someone is already accusing you before you’ve even opened your mouth. And here’s the kicker — this wasn’t just some random parking enforcer. It was the so-called manager/director of parking (what a joke) who then followed me inside, sat down behind his desk, and did absolutely nothing to help his overworked staff.
