TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM 103 Laurentian Avenue North Bay

I would give the service this time a zero star if I could. I was just inquiring about the possible bank statement print-out as it has been done for the past few years, and with other banks too. The guy said they have none of this service. When I raised the question about things being done in the past, he was like if you are going to argue with me then stop talking. He literally walk away without any communication. What a miserable human being in the important customer service position. If you cannot handle the job, go home and take a break.

I have been going to this location for years. Colleen (at the front desk) has been very patient and helpful when it comes to my many questions. Highly recommend.

Both branches north bay. With such high monthly service rates you would think it would be easier to use an atm to takeout cash, but no, they lock their doors. I’m assuming because of the homeless population. I’ve been to bigger cities with bigger problems and I can still use atms in branch. Either get more TD atms in town put more on the outside of the banks or start paying the $3.50 in service charges I acquire at other atms. As I write this in the parking lot I’ve seen 4 cars try to use the drive thru atm that is out of service. All cars saying the same, worst TD banks in north bay and that it’s B.S. Again thanks for the extra fees and poor service.

I wanted to just have a conversation about their investment products. They don't do telephone appointments. I have to take time off work or try get an evening appointment and travel to the bank. CIBC did a phone appointment no issues.
