One of the worst ever branches, whether its SABB or other banks. This branch lacks customer care the full extent. The fact that this branch has been given the privilege to print credit cards is mind boggling, as the machine is non-functioning pretty much all the time. On top of that, their phone number is pretty much non-existence as well. Will not recommend SABB as a bank.

If there would have been option to give 0 stars I would give them that. Pathetic service, one teller serving one customer since 40 minutes. No branch manager or operations manager to expedite things. More than 15 customers waiting.

Never waste your time here. I have been going back and forth 3 times to open a bank account. Everytime they come up with new requirements. Not to mention the recurring system breakdown in 2 of the 3 visits. If this is their service when I want to put my money in thier bank, I don't want to imagin going on dispute with these people

Worst bank ever, 0 customer service, whenever you come on sunday and thursday they tell you the system is not working as if the employees doesn't want to work these days. i went 3 times to get a new credit card every time they give a new excuse, im definitely closing my SABB account and opening in another bank.

While the branch is supposed to be open till 4:30 pm, it was closed at 3:45 pm for Asr prayer and not reopened after it, although Asr prayer ended at 4:10 pm. If the working hours are till 3:45 pm, SABB needs to be courteous enough to inform its customers so.
