This branch staffs are not supportive and just shy away. They address the expatriate customers like a burden. They also don't want to understand the issue and help. I was unable to open an account online which asked me to visit the branch. When I visited this branch they simply asked me to open account online and come back. They didn't even have the courtesy to understand the issue. I had to go to fanateer branch. They were kind enough to at least address my issue.

I have visited the branch recently to know the reason of Credit Card blockage and issunace of new card as instructed by SABB Helpline but the staff is very much lazy and irresponsible to answer about it by simply saying that call again SABB Helpline and go to FANTEER branch for Card Printing. Disgusting Staff! Better they should make all services only so customers don't need to see there faces.

I agree with one of the reviews made by other user, they won’t really help you if you’re an expat. Based on my personal experience, I encountered an issue with my online application before and an error keeps appearing in they tablet and the staff doesn’t want to help me. If I didn’t run to the manager directly, I won’t be done for my application. So kudos to the manager for helping me.

Guys please don't waste your time to at this Branch. I want my Atm card and since from last two weeks they are telling ATM card Machine is not working. If you make some Arguments they will Said Simply go To Fanateer Branch and get Card from there.

I am visiting since two days to get new ATM card at last hour of bank service time and they are sending me back with reason that server is offline. How could it be possible? Surprising that such large sector bank is having a server issue everytime.
