Why don't they answer the phone? I hate this bank. So glad I made a complaint...they blocked my card, but didn't issue me a new one before I left the bank. After I left the bank to use their atm, the atm took my card and they didnt issue me a new one because they were too lazy to open the doors. Oh yeah, and it was on a Thursday, so I had to go three days without aby monety. Horrible bank, I would not recommend. My account has suspended for log in access for two months.
Helpful staff, easy to get to location, and useful services although parking is a nightmare and they dont have international currencies like usd or euro.
Very slow service here! Employees talking to each other in a loud voice as if they are at Diwaniyah!!
Absolutely poor services by staff. Location is good, parking space not ample.
Bad costumer service. Staff would rather sit and talk rather than work and entertain their costumers properly before they close.
