I was a bit surprised to see the low rating here because my experience today was very positive. Parking was easy, the security guard was very helpful and welcoming, and the service inside was quick and efficient. This is one of the biggest banks in Hanoi (and Vietnam), and based on my visit, I think it deserves a better rating than 3.2. The staff handled everything professionally, and the process was smooth. I would definitely recommend opening a bank account here. There are many benefits, especially for online shopping, along with various promotions and offers. In my opinion, this branch deserves at least four stars.
Fast service
I needed assistance today and was extremely satisfied. The staff were gentle, professional, attentive, enthusiastic, and detailed. I was greeted at the door, given clear directions, and the staff patiently waited until I finished my task. I'm very pleased!
The security guard here was very helpful and assisted me in getting a queue number. The lady at counter number 2 (Bich Ngoc) was also very nice. The staff here are all polite and enthusiastic.
