I called Techcom bank customer service before I came here to open an account, they said I could do it there, but when I got there, the employee said they dont do it here. The second time I got there to make a deposit, and she also said they don’t do anything involving cash here, meaning no deposit nor withdrawal. So basically, no opening account there, no cash transaction there (no deposit & withdrawal). I asked so why they put you here if you can’t do anything to help the customers. She said it’s function like a kiosk, which I have no idea what they do to help customers except wasting people time to go there when searching on google map.

The transaction office has limited service operations with only 1 staff on duty, mainly coming here to withdraw money or deposit money into ATM.
It's located on this side of the road, but the map shows it on the other side, according to the even numbers. I've corrected it, hoping it will be fixed to make it easier for everyone to find. It's located between Saigonbank and Eximbank, diagonally opposite Toyota LTK.
