Techcombank's staff are very helpful, and the night view from afar is beautiful.
The employee wearing glasses deposited the money for me on Saturday, January 24th. I asked her to deposit the money into the company account, even though I deposit money every Saturday and she knew it was for the company. I don't understand how she ended up depositing it into my Techcombank account. How can you be so careless when handling money? She gave me a piece of paper with the account number and didn't enter it; instead, she entered a number that wasn't even there. Are you too lazy to enter the account information? If you're not meticulous enough working at a bank, you should reconsider whether your work methods are thorough enough.
The staff at counter number 3 had a very bad attitude and service. I came several times to deposit money but it was like begging to deposit money? When I went to make a transaction, I was given a bill and didn't ask to check the amount of money sent, the recipient's name, account number, etc. She threw the bill to me and waited for me to sign. She didn't say hello or thank me and there were many other problems. I hope the branch will work with this staff member again to help me.
