The worst experience I ever had. I would never do any business with them.

It was crowded, but the food moved quickly, and there were plenty of seats to rest. The staff were very friendly. The service numbers had different prefixes depending on the item being served, but they were ordered according to the time of the draw.

The credit card customer service representative was impatient; I wouldn't have used this bank's card at all if it weren't for Costco.

I dropped my ID card on the street in front of the Fubon branch and it was found by a kind soul at the counter. Thank you to Manager Liu and Ms. Zhu for contacting customer service and retrieving it. Thank you very much.

Fubon Financial Holding's Zhongshan Building on Zhongshan North Road houses the Taipei Fubon Bank branch. Floors 1-12 house various bank departments, while the 13th floor houses the Fubon Group's audit department, responsible for auditing bank, property, and life insurance policies. Fubon Bank's branch offers excellent service, with professional and friendly staff. The "Phoenix Arrives" artistic sculpture in the plaza outside the bank is a symbol of the company's image. The phoenix appears in various poses from different angles, allowing for artistic appreciation. The "Phoenix Arrives" sculpture is a work by master Yang Yingfeng, originally created for the Taipei Bank's new logo, representing the new concepts of innovation, efficiency, and friendliness.
