Very slow service. I always wait for almost an hour whenever I go to this branch.

Good, friendly service. A bit of translation needed. Long queue, every counter is occupied. Employees are trying to provide faster service.

Awful experience. I went to the bank and tried to open bank account. They ask me go home and make appointment online. When I filled in very long form online , their online system was down and had bug two times and keep redo it, in the end I don’t feel very safe with this bank.

There were a lot of customers at lunchtime, and I waited a long time before it was my turn. The counter staff were very nice and provided excellent service. When I inquired about reopening an account, the staff informed me that an appointment was required. I made another appointment and came back. The staff member there asked me very carefully about the purpose of the account, as if worried that someone might be using it as a nominee account. The staff member really worked very hard.

I came to deposit money on Sunday evenings for two consecutive weeks, and all six ATMs were completely unusable for deposits and withdrawals. It's terrible. They should at least keep one or two ATMs available for use, instead of shutting them all down. It's incredibly inconvenient for the public.
