The staff were generally friendly, but I really don't understand why more than three counters were closed even when there were a lot of people.
Arrived 15 minutes before closing time to open an account for my child. The teller and manager were inconsiderate, saying they didn't have enough time and refused to process it. This was a waste of my wife and me taking time off work to open the account. Therefore, this is a negative review.
The FA (Financial Advisor) business oversight should be subject to administrative penalties, as this is not the first time such a mistake has occurred.
Mr. Xiao, who helped me open the account, was very polite and had an excellent attitude. 👍🏻
