It's hard to believe but the staff was very polite..with knowledge also.. specially Mr. Aditya Bodhai was very helpful. Thanks.. you people will change the image of SBI.
Laajwaab facilities and Very cooperative staff and special good branch manager madam. Awesome service
Worst staff.. very bad experience totally uncooperative employees. They make you believe that they are Govt employees and are not bothered about you anyway
This is special personal banking branch for sbi customers. So they offer special service for special account holders only. Others can have basic facilities like cash deposit, Demand Draft. Not sure about cash withdrawal. But there is also ATM with cash deposit machine. No crowd here.
It's a personal banking branch of SBI which remain open on Sundays also. But a minimum balance is necessary in your account. Very helpful staff and less crowd like feature make it a good branch.
