1) I deposited a cheque in cheque collection machine. For more than 10 days it was remained unclear. When I asked in the branch, cheque was with them & told me that my cheque remained unclear because there was an issue with the machine (10 days ago) but they have no answer why they hold my cheque. They were asking my acknowledgement so, there will not be any proof. I said do whatever you want with the cheque. I can raise this issue at higher level. My cheque got cleared after two days but no response for the complaint from SBI. 2) I deposited cheque of SBI at the counter for transfer but that also took a few days to transfer. 3) Anywhere banking is not in SBI. They can refuse any service like RTGS, cash deposit (all cash collection machine are out of service), PPF a/c service any time. 4) My wife wanted to open a pension account. Branch people told me that we open your account only if she buys take insurance policy from the branch. So, she opened an account in other nationalised bank.

No one is helpful here. Even the branch manager doesn't know about govt schemes. I've applied for CMEGP loan, the branch manager Mr. Sourabh Kumar was unaware of it, so he didn't even accept my application. If he is less knowledgeable, he must resign instead of sending their valuable customers back accepting his lack of knowledge. All of them behave like they know everything but co-operate with nothing. I regret that I've opened my account in SBI.

Worst service only to change my mobile number they took 2 weeks. The staff never cooperates or give any advise

They dont respond on emails to branch id sbi.01429@ sbi. Co. In 19k deducted from my account without my approval. No answers yet. Unprofessional, should be privatised replaced by competant staff
