Sbi PAREL BRANCH gives worst service to there customers..the staff is working inefficiently and they are not customer friendly . Some of the employees don't give proper information..they will just tell u to do the things online (just to escape from extra work load )Today It took 3 hours just to print front page of passbook...unsatisfied with the service they render to their customers.
It is basically public sector bank ...located on main road which is meet point of three roads....good & helpful staff but problem is that this is only one brsnch available almost in malad east ...so rush problems is very Sirius.. U need 2-3 hours just for deposits or withdrawal by sleep. Hut now its improving by self deposit machines ...
Service are not oy slow it's poorest then other branche they don't have sense how to talk with customer. They just want to show that they are the only branch in Mumbai and if they close their branch full Mumbai will be out of SBI
It's okay. This is a big sbi branch which is easily visible. Service is slow and poor. Staff works like government babu. They have a ATM and cash deposit machine.
Most of them are good people and provide good services, few are really ***. Though they provide good services most of the time they struggle with technical issues and short of manpower.
