Don't get credit card From this bank they are not helping for any thing specially if you face late payment they never reduce the charges or adjust your amount
The easiest place to deal with standard charted bank as easy to find parking and cdm and atm machine available for 24/7
I have 15 PDCs received as a part of some settlement. Since I will be travelling frequently and need not be present during the due dates of the cheque, I requested the branch to keep the cheques and present on the due date. They refused and also I tried through phone banking same answer. Most of UAE bank have such facility and they have some charges for this. I am unable to give the cheques to any other person to do this favor to me.
Poor service Even 100 thousand deposit we have to deposit Atm they don’t accept
One has to park far away and come back to this branch of the bank.Unfortunately there are very very very few atm branches of this bank in the whole UAE unlike other banks and i did not come across of any ATM or Branch in the whole of the Ajman and UAQ.the only good thing about this bank is that you have to pay other banks for each transactions of withdrawing money.
