Customer service provided incorrect information – the employee was clearly unfamiliar with our situation! She also didn't give us the impression that she was interested in helping us! At the end of the month, there were only two customer service representatives at the counter, and the line of customers stretched all the way to the entrance! Very disappointing – contacting the head office is not recommended!

The staff are friendly. The service is catastrophic! They hold onto money longer than legally allowed! Wealthy people are treated exceptionally well! The new exorbitant fees are unbearable! I will convince my family to switch banks. There are many banks where such things are free. It's a shame, really, as I was a customer for many years.

Bei meinem Problem mit einer Aktivierungs-PIN wurde ich von einer sehr freundlichen Angestellten hervorragend beraten. Höchstes Lob!

The customer service is absolutely terrible. Even the shabbiest chip shop has far superior customer service. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Apparently, the structures are too complex for the staff. There's only one solution: streamline the structures, lay off employees to reduce costs. That would mean lower fees for customers. Thanks for nothing.
