Hi, it was a great experience with this branch opening my new bank account. Very friendly and helpful. They Communicate in english with me because I don’t know german language. I hope the same experience in the future as well. Highly recommended

IF YOU ARE AN IMMIGRANT, AVOID THIS BRANCH! As an old customer generally, I had a positive experience with Sparkasse employees, as they are usually nice, friendly and polite. However This branch is totally Different! Exactly like the other review here, for a simple task the employee in this branch asked for my ID which I provided. Then he (Mr. Timiz) made an excuse and asked for further immigration documents (to do a simple banking chore) for which I had to ride back home, and bring those extra documents. But then he said "oh I'm Sorry! we can't accept those documents! you have to validate them at our central branch first!" To clarify I had done the same exact process in other Sparkasse branches a 100 times, most of the time I wasn't even asked for ID, and if I was, a simple ID was just enough. IF YOU ARE AN IMMIGRANT, AVOID THIS BRANCH! They will go out of their way and find every possible excuse to humiliate you and not process your request. Especially if you have dark skin and b

The fees were too high for me too. I never went to the counter and was paying so much money each month. I switched banks four years ago and I'm extremely happy. No fees, and I even got €100 for it. You can do everything perfectly with the app, and if I need help, I just call. I can even change my daily transfer through the app. I highly recommend ING Bank.

I received a very friendly welcome. The conversation was very customer-oriented and completely satisfactory. I have nothing negative to report about the branch.

The kind of customer service you have to deal with at this branch is truly a disgrace....! Today I asked to have an unjustified direct debit blocked and was treated with extreme rudeness, incompetence, and condescension. I can only advise everyone against this branch; it's just a shame that they're not allowed to name the employees so they can warn people about such staff. Since it's well known that a customer has a P-account, they're probably worthless...!
