Great service! I needed to open an account and my case here is quite complicated but Mr. Madeheim was extremely pleasant and nice, and thw whole thing went super smoothly. Everyone is polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I've lived far from home for over 30 years, raised my children, and taken care of the household without much of a social or professional life. As I've gotten older, the language isn't as easy for me, and often my will is greater than my ability. However, thanks to the patient and step-by-step help of a young bank employee, all my problems were resolved. I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart. I had prepared and brought along sentences in English and German, but that wasn't necessary at all. He explained everything to me calmly and clearly, step by step. So I was able to leave the bank feeling good about myself.

Account Opening I wanted to open another account for my partner today, April 26, 2023, but unfortunately, this is no longer possible at the Sparkasse bank without an appointment. Two employees explained that there was a staff shortage at the branch, even though there were four employees present and the small branch was otherwise completely empty. We then completed the process online in 5 minutes. It's a real shame that personal service is no longer taken seriously here. It used to be simpler and more personal.
