I would like to commend the excellent customer service experience with Mr. Habib Ahmad Alsabi. I am an original Samba customer. I was being sent back and forth between banks 8 times from the original Samba - Hada Branch and Al - Ahli by Tamimi. The customer service reps could not help me resolve issues related to and caused by the new bank transition. I finally went to the Al Ahli Doha branch. Mr. Alsabi was knowledgeable but most importantly - patient and sympathetic. His English is almost flawless. He is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE representative that I have met in the country. (There is only one other young lady also an Al Ahli Bank employee who was as efficient, but she has left the bank in 2019.) Mr. Alsabi should be considered for management.

It used to be good,but lately things go changed to worse.. i still remember the Abduladhem,former branch manger, smile and hospitality for each and everyone.. i’ve stoped visiting this branch and instead started to go to another one though it s a bit faraway from home, but it worth it.

Worst ever service and the poorest intention to support customers.

Not the worst bat it still bad. Waiting for 40 minutes to see someone. Then the redirect you to another one!
