I tried to open an account with them and scheduled an appointment. They cancelled last minute and told me they would reschedule. I never heard from them again, it's been about 5 weeks.

I have a business account here and now for two consecutive months I have had wrong charges for roaming. They promised to fix it and refund the money after the first time, but nothing happened and now the same thing again. Even if it's just a few tens, it's an important matter. How can a bank arbitrarily take non-existent payments from an account and delay getting the matter fixed. How many others have been the target of the same thing without noticing? And how come there's such a late payment interest? If I myself owed the bank, the interest would be in the bank.
