Onderling Verzekerd & ASN Bank 49-A Herenweg Vinkeveen

I have been a long-standing client of Onderling Verzekerd, with my main bank account, insurances and a mortgage. I had issues with the mortgage advice I received from this company. After raising an official complaint, the response I received was literally the same lies that I heard from the said mortgage advisor - they did not even bother to properly read my complaint. They took a long time to come up with it though - more than what they commit to. They suddenly became more responsive and a little more respectful only after I posted my original review. I had insurances with them as well. Upon the discussion around the mortgage I felt I no longer want to give them even a cent and raised it with them, and had a look at the invoices I was receiving from them. The invoice amounts were inconsistent, the explanation in the invoices was missing. When I requested an explanation via email, I had to send reminders, again.
