Poor support service, absolutely not recommended! Several emails were not received, even though we, as users, did receive a confirmation of receipt. Customer service was disconnected several times while we were on hold. No return call afterward. Complicated procedures that require digital support and no in-person assistance is offered. In short: a lousy organization that can still significantly improve its service.
We can absolutely recommend ASN as a mortgage provider; we had excellent conversations with our advisor from the Culemborg location. Communication was smooth, they took plenty of time with us, and they were very helpful in considering our situation. Fantastic!
