Good service. They helped me resolve all my issues. The staff were friendly.
Large branch. Good service. However, we found it strange that everyone else had to call the next day. They could have done that in that building as well.

Rudeness. Writing things down in black and white and then not following through. This bank cannot be trusted. Just like the incompetence of the employees. They don't understand anything that's written. And then they dare to charge such fees. People, beware, there are better banks where you can actually get further than Rabobank. You don't get to speak to a manager. They answer the phone to learn their objectives and check agreements. They don't even do that!
Just received excellent and friendly help with a blocked pass issue. Great!
