I feel like most of the low reviews are due to just showing up unannounced: please make an appointment before coming to this office, as it's quite small and they have limited capacity for support. We could easily make an appointment in the app, and upon arrival were helped promptly and kindly. Our mortgage advisor, Eric, asked all the right questions while also telling us about our financial possibilities. He was also able to assist us with an estimate appraisal report of the property we wanted to bid on immediately, making the process much easier than working with our previous hypotheek advisor (where it took days to get an amount only without the full documentation). Later on during the process of buying, Eric was always available and answered our questions usually within the hour. We are very happy with the service we got here and our new place thanks to them 😊

We walked in here after getting our BSNs to open new bank accounts so that we would have Dutch IBANs for utilities direct debit. The helpful and friendly staff helped us open bank accounts quickly using the ING app, and assisted us with some questions along the way. Very good experience 😊

The low reviews make no sense to me. The people were very nice and understanding, they helped me quickly, efficiently and gave me some good advice. Also, they helped me right until the building closed. Overall, very professional and nice, keep up the good work!!

Honestly, I don't understand the bad reviews. I had a problem related with my account. I asked for an appointment in the app and then I came here. I explained my problem, and they were really efficient and nice with me. In less than 10 min the problem was solved. 100% recommended.

I recently moved to The Hague and I think Dutch people are extremely friendly and offer very good service. So far I ve had mainly great experiences, except with ING. Rude employees (not all of them), didn't care about me, not helpful at all, had to return to this bank a few times but it turned out to be a waste of time. And judging by the reviews it seems I am not the only one. Opened my bank account with ABN, much better service. I am sure you can do better ING.
