Very bad experience with this bank. If you want to arrange something by phone, they're not available. Poor information over the phone.

They told me to come at a certain time in the morning. I came and they were closed and would open sometime after lunch. Geniuses!!! Give them the Nobel Prize

Service is non-existent. I waited on hold for half an hour from 5:30 PM to speak to an agent. A few minutes before 6:00 PM, someone answered the phone and was transferred. Then I hung up, and tried again later! And I refuse to talk to a computer like that. Where has the human connection of the past, the one that made Rabobank so great, gone?

It is absolutely impossible to contact the next of kin desk by phone! I do manage to get through via the general number (20-minute waiting time, as announced in advance), but they cannot help. A call-back appointment is not honored. I cannot file an inheritance tax return. I do receive SMS messages from this bank, but they are... impossible to answer. Stay far away from this company!
