A woman at the reception desk doesn't speak politely to bank customers at all!!! There's better service in Nijmegen... No respect!!!

Oh dear, how disastrous... Regarding: my Visa credit card **** 6694 I no longer knew the PIN code for my credit card, and the card got blocked. I emailed Mr. A on March 7th, but I think his address doesn't work anymore. I also emailed the business department mkb.kring.GEZ on March 21st - but didn't get a single response to that (for info: I am also a business customer). After that, I chatted with a robot a few times. The robot didn't know the answer and connected me to a living person who had probably passed away just before, because he/she didn't appear on the chat.... So I decided to look online. After a long search in the secure zone of my Rabo internet banking (haha, because that is NOT listed under the credit card heading... but under 'manage yourself'. Logical? Not to me!), I was able to request a new PIN code and received it. There were no instructions for use in that letter. Now I remembered that a credit card needs to be activated in an ATM before use. I tried to open a business account. I received a call after applying online, but couldn't answer. I called back a few minutes later, and it took a full 26 minutes before I could reach someone. Then I was told my business partner had to call too, because their information wasn't available and they had to identify themselves by phone (??). It's 2023. Why can't I just do this online?

The bank in Elst, where you can't even deposit money (for months now), because the machine isn't being repaired. What's a bank for? To deposit money so the bank can look after it, so we can withdraw it when needed. Outrageous! Expensive, because they just take money for everything and the service is 0.0!

My account was suddenly blocked while I was on holiday in Spain. No communication about it whatsoever. So I called Rabobank myself. I had a very unpleasant conversation with Nina Bussmann from the transactions department. She asked questions she's absolutely not allowed to ask under the GDPR. When I pointed this out to her, she became rude and kept repeating herself. Ultimately, she simply disconnected the call while I was on holiday in Spain and couldn't use my debit card. I called back, and my colleague Daan took care of it. Nina Bussmann is unworthy of Rabobank. Worst customer service ever!
