This bank is a criminal organization, I have a debit account with them and they never allowed me to use credit because I didn't wanted it and never needed it so contractwise it's impossible and by law in the Netherlands also impossible to go below 0,00 on a debit account. They allowed some entity to take 497 from that zero and made it -497 somehow literally 2 hours before my salary arrived. The only ones knowing this is this Rabobank itself, so they tried to make it convenient for the entity. I NEVER HAVE GIVEN ANY PERMISSION TO TAKE MONEY OR TO COLLECT ANY FUNDS FROM THAT ACCOUNT, AND ALSO MY ACCOUNT IS DEBIT AND HAS NO CREDIT AGREEMENT. THE DUTCH LAW SAYS THE FOLLOWING ABOUT IT. I HAVE TOLD AND SHOWED EVERYTHING TO MULTIPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS AND WILL UPLOAD THE PICTURES AND SCREENSHOTS ONLINE ABOUT THIS. THEY JUST DONT REPLY AND EVEN GAVE A SECURITY WITHOUT MY CONSENT MY NUMBER AND I GOT PHONED BY HIM WHY I WAS CHATTING IN A NOT NICE MANNER. HOW CAN YOU BE NICE, I CAN'T PAY MY
If you are a board member of a Dutch association with other board members from EU countries, don't waste your time with these people. We have been trying to open a bank account for our association with the Rabobank. For two weeks they have let us jump through endless hoops to open it. We had many long phone interviews, many papers to fill in and ID checks to perform. Often we had to do this multiple times because the paperwork got lost. We had helpdesk people giving us completely contradictory information about the process. And at the end, after all this work, they refused to give us an account even though we did everything they asked for. The reason in the end was that we did not have a previous relation with the Rabobank. Which they knew right from the start. Again, these people are completely unprofessional and incompetent. Avoid them at all cost.
Bad bank. After I went to the bank I was told to call their verification department number. The man Andrew started bugging me that I already had another bank account, another Iban etc and that I don't need a new one. That the Netherlands have limited IBANs etc. I told him it wasn't his business how many bank accounts I have and asked them not to contact me anymore. The ridiculousness of some their employees is overwhelming. They must beg people to become their clients to bring them those millions in monthly fees. I made myself a favor and became a client of ABN AMRO.
Be like max. Max is amazing. Especially at typing.
Worst customer experience you can have . Inflexible in there contracts . Don’t get the mortgage here . Horrible KYC service . Sometimes I doubt if it’s a bank or tax authority
