Bad service!! I tried to register myself through their website and it couldn’t identify my face to be matched with my ID card I submitted. So I decided to go to their local office, the staff asked me my passport and Dutch ID card, was waiting nearly 40 mins!! She said everythings ok, someone will call me and I will get the card! But after 2 WEEKS I haven’t received anything even the phone call. NADA! I decided to call myself to ask what the problem is. Their team put me through from one to another like cmon do your job professionally! Finally I spoke with one staff on the phone she is pretty nice and attentive to my problem. It turned out that she couldn’t find my DUTCH ID CARD in the system. She suggested me to go again to the office to submit my ID CARD! So what the girl in the office did when I went there the first hand??? It really got me crazy! 2 weeks waiting for nothing. If i didn’t call it probably take forever to get the card. And the second time i went to the office, the s

10 people in line and only 1 operator serving customers. And it's always like this whenever I come here. Stock up on time and snacks when planning a visit here.

Horrible bank. I can`t login in the app on new phone and have to use 2 smartphones! 1 smartphone as smartphone new 2nd old special for rabbobank app.2024 years now if so.....

Helped me open a bank account even when I stayed after their closing hours. Extremely kind and welcoming, and helped me with every step along the way.
