ING Bank 1-5 Nieuwstraat Eindhoven

Initially got a bank card that doesn't work abroad, V PAY or something. Then I got a new one with a personal photo, which got rejected the first time for absolutely no reason because the second time it was approved (for reference, it was a photo of 2 cats, nothing breaking the TOS) and it scratches so quickly that the photo is now hardly recognizable.

The bank closed its branch in Helmond. To open a children's card, I had to book an appointment in Eindhoven. At the same time, Rabobank has a branch in Helmond. ING Bank is cutting its costs at the expense of customer convenience. I took all the necessary documents to the meeting, but the employee was still unable to order a children's card. I think this is because the staff does not have sufficient rights to work in the system. The employee himself was friendly, but I wasted time and money on a trip to the ING Bank office. In the room where visitors wait for the meeting, there are not even sockets to charge a phone. But they found a place for a paid coffee machine. This is about the bank's attitude to its clients. I advise you to think about whether it is worth opening an account there.

I had a great experience with this bank! The staff were very professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to help me; not only with my main issue but also with a few things I had completely forgotten about. Excellent service and support! 😄

Terrible character, terrible service, and the bank in general too!!! For two months, they still haven't been able to open an account or a card!!! I don't recommend them!!!

I booked an appointment online to open a bank account, but the place was closed, and both ING website and Google Maps didn’t mention it at all.
