Very rude and incompetent workers. They are also extremely slow. They raise voice for anything, say wrong prices, lie and worse of all they are always like ‘Was denn!?!’ as if they are paying me 😔
Unmanageable opening times. Opens too late, closes too early, if you have responsibilities or a job, you’ll never make it here.
Worse than worse customer service. Extremely unfriendly and offensive personal. I rather drive to the city instead to deal with such a personal. You should consider younger, smiling and friendly people working there. Those working there now should not work with costumers. Unbelievable!
Very irregular opening hours. The third time I’m trying to get my package and all the time it’s closed although it has to be opened at working hours. They just put the paper that they’re absent at 10.00 but right now it is 11.00 already. What are the workers in general doing?
It is a container... Very bad atmosphere. Opening times on website are useless. Went there only to discover that they were closed anyways, even though their own website stated differently. The worst part was: they just hang 1 piece of paper on the door saying: "we're closed today". Why even bother having a website, if you don't put such information there?!
