CS only has 4 chairs and tables, only 1 CS is serving, came at 10:00 until 11:30 still serving 1 number with 2 customers with the excuse of 1 company (opening an account), 2 customers go back and forth without finishing, improve the service don't make you wait too long, even the teller queue is diverted to customer service, even though the queue is equally long, only 2 tellers are operating out of 5 teller tables
