I want to share my appreciation for the excellent service I received at this Nordea branch. I visited to get a bank balance confirmation, and the staff here were incredibly kind, welcoming, and efficient. The entire process was fast and smooth, and I truly felt respected as a customer. Unfortunately, my experience earlier that day at another Nordea branch in Gothenburg was the complete opposite poor service and unhelpful attitude. So arriving here and being treated with warmth and professionalism made a big difference. Huge thanks to the team at this branch! Keep up the great work you truly represent what good customer service should be.

Worst service ever. I don't know about other branches. But this one has some real issue with people working here.

Worst bank ever, horrible opening hours, unfriendly staff and seriously they don't even have cash.

The expedition is poorly designed. The privacy is very poor. Everyone in the premises hears what is happening with the customer. GPDR does not work between customer and bank. You must set up glass with doors at the service counters. So that everyone does not have to listen to what is happening at the counter. Tightening Nordea

Very helpful once you get help but only 2 people helping is under all criticism! Full of people!
