Worst service ever. Incompetent staff who are making mistakes that cost nerves, money and time. I was waiting for my appointment almoust 2 month. And when I was in the bank they said that I had to send additional documents. I sent additional documents the next day, but all my emails and calls were not answered for a week. Week later I went to Nordea central office in Gothenburg. The employees of the central office said that Nordea in Mondal had made a mistake that they did not want to admit and correct. At the central office, my problem was solved in 5 minutes. I do not recommend Möndal Nordea at all and especially emploeer Claudia Strunje.

I have been in Sweden for 2-month, and this is the best experience I have got (much faster than other admin procedures, e.g., applying for a personal ID, photo ID, and mail services..). I got my bank account within one day here (of course, with complete files prepared in advance)!!! The bank clerk helped me open an account, register bankID, register Nordea app, register Swish, and transfer checks (first-month salary without a bank card). I am happy to have my first Swedish bank account from Nordea.

They don’t tell you all the steps needed for opening a bank account. It seems like they really don't want you as a customer.

Sweden has a weird notion of customer service.
