Beautiful Branch Front Counters working Staff is excellent in Treating Public and Trying there Level best To Give customers A Prompt service But The Operation Manager , Fida Hussain Shah need to be Polite with there Front Counters Working Staff and Try Not to put his work on the Others, And Yes Should Follow the SOPS Due to Covid19 Situation Branch Management Should be strictly Follows the SOP'S Rules which in my Opinion SOP'S are Not Following by The Management of the Branch .
