This is the worst branch I’ve encountered. They do not follow the number queuing system. At the time of my visit, only two tellers were available, and one of them allowed someone who had just entered the bank—apparently someone i believe she personally—to skip the line. They engaged in casual conversation, showing little regard for the other customers who had been waiting their turn. 0/5 star
made me wait for a long time then they insisted that my signature be different from the passport. 😂 LT I also signed, if you want I can tell you the history of my signature. juskooodzai I have medical nails I waited for a long time HAHAHAHA it's funny how annoying. I do understand their reason that I wasn't the one who met their auditors in person, then they would get angry. but it's just really stupid. in cebuana it's just fast, I got it, never agaaaain at metrobank.
