old employees who are approachable and does not descriminate depositors for new management are less approachable
Felt discriminated a year ago in this bank. They think they base their treatment of people on appearance. When a rich person looks happy, they smile, when a poor person looks sad.
The service is so slow. Actually all metrobanks are so slow and take so long. The staff and tellers are still chatting. Our family used to be a major client of Metrobank but we switched to another bank. Their service is so slow and the system is so rotten!
