Metrobank needs to improve its service. The staff was extremely rude and lazy—they act as if they are above everyone else. Here’s what happened: I went to the bank with my wife for a cash withdrawal. We submitted the cash request receipt and were asked to wait for 10 minutes. However, after exactly 45 minutes, I asked my wife to check on the status. When she inquired, the staff simply replied that they were just about to start processing it. It was an incredibly frustrating moment. I kept my composure and decided to cancel the transaction instead. 0/10
Pls update your banking hours, closes at 4pm. Wrong info, wasted time
Tellers and specially the branch manager are helpful and accomodating
VERY SLOW TRANSACTION.
There are many requirements when it comes to claiming a remittance. You need documents to prove that the sender is a relative of yours. What's worse, you have to have the same last name, even if you're actually the receiver... AMPNESS!
