They took 41 days to open my account simply because they forgot to forward my documents to the relevant department twice! Also,the bank was out of cash the last time I visited and the staff there is super lazy as well.

This mcb branch is situated inside falcon housing scheme, so customers in and out ratio is almost zero. So whenever you visit your work will be done within few minutes. Atmosphere is fresh and neat. Atm facility is also available. Updated Branch manager is pathetic totally uncoopretive.
