I went there once in a life, to withdraw intl remittance. Wo bhi apny nai, muhallay k imam masjid sb k koi raqam aai thi dubai sy mere naam py. Firstly I said salam to front desk officer, but he did not replied, then I again I said salam, then he replied bhai mien ny dil mien jawab dy diya tha :D. Then he asked for the copy of ID card, I requested him to please give me print from your own photocopier, it was very hot weather outside on 14 june 2022, the officer said "bhai mien to officer hn aap office boy ko bolien," even that officer was taking photocopies by himself before. Than I said to office boy, he replied in punjabi, "janab ay machine asaan lokaan wasty ni rakhi" matlab full besharmi sy bola wo banda, jab dobara request ki to kuchh naraaz sa ho k copy kr di, kher again I faced to that newly hired officer sahb, onhoon ny foran sy karwai Goli, k bio metric ka link down, aap kal aana. I requested to plz try again last time, par bhai ny kaha janab mien koi galat bayani krun ga aap sy. Phir hum chaly gy MCB tench, wahan aik bazurg office sy mulaqaat hui jinhon ny hansty muskuraty sara kaam fat sy kr diya, or hum molvi sb k paisy l k wapis ghar. Kehny ka maqsad ye k bhai goliyaan na krwaya karo awaam ko, mien to young aadmi tha molvi sb ko ly gya tench bhi, yaar bank walo Allah ny agar kisi position py bitha diya hy to logoon ka faida karo un ko facilitate kro, thori sharam karo, meri jagah koi zaeef khatoon ya zaeef uncle hoty to tum ny to bas zalil kr dena tha un ko. Sharam kiya karien. Or Allah sy dara karo bhai.
