I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Anath from the Jurong Point branch. My husband and I are first-time Maybank customers and during our initial joint account application at the HDB Hub branch, our phone numbers were entered incorrectly, which prevented us from accessing internet banking. A few days later, we visited the Jurong Point branch and were attended to by Anath. He was exceptionally patient and kind in addressing all our queries and has good knowledge of the app and ATM services. He also assisted us promptly in updating our daily transaction limit. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Thank you Anath for your excellent service. Wishing you all the best in your future endeavours ❤️

The aunty manning the front counter is very rude. Approached her very early this morning to request for red packets, she replied rudely "no more". When I asked further, how about tomorrow or any stocks at other branches, she replied loudly "Don't know, you go and check yourself, you think I care whether they have stock or not". Can't she replied politely? Need to send her for frontline training. Btw, I am a Maybank FD customer, not a passerby asking for free red packets. I will reconsider having further relationship with the bank although their FD rates are slightly better but last year they cause lots of inconveniences for depositors with their FD/SA bundles during renewals. Will go to other banks that provide better services.

Came to the bank to renew FD for my elderly parents on 2 Dec, 4pm. Generally the counter staff and the gentleman at booth 11 were perfectly polite and professional which we appreciated. However, while we were waiting for the transactions to be processed, we were met with a staff promoting investment/insurance. After introducing her products, we clarified a few details about the product and ultimately declined to proceed as it did not suit our purpose. What she did next was to suddenly march off rudely without concluding the session politely and proceeded to deliberately ignore us while we complete our transactions at the counter. We considered it discourteous of the staff to simply walk off when we did not want to purchase the product, and we were offended by her behaviour. Our initial good impression of Maybank has been damaged by the poor behaviour of this one staff.
