Today my FD due,I was served by MsTey Yee Ying I give her full score 100! Im a senior citizen. She was super patient n friendly with me.i couldn't decide what to do with FD, I wanted to withdraw a portion actually. But she show me the rates n explained clearly, finally I put the whole amount in Maybank. My atm card not working ,she v patient check for me n explained n make sure there is no unauthorised transaction. I'm very impressed by her excellent care n service.

Great service. Maybank ATMs are among the only ones not charging for withdrawals using foreign cards. Thumbs up to Maybank?

Worse bank service . Maybank service is really bad. I called so many times and nobody answered. When I finally got through, every staff gave me different answers. In the end, their mistakes caused me to pay a late fee. Totally unacceptable!

The warm and friendly service from Shufen at reception and the efficiency of Christine at the counter was amazing. This branch gets really busy at peak hour but I have never had delays in getting my requests processed. The team here are very helpful and detailed in making sure I understand how to login or troubleshoot online banking matters.

The male officer at counter 5 (didn't get his name) on 13 Aug 24 between 12.30 to 12.40pm, is courteous and fast in handling my renewal of FD. When I took out my passbook, he even offered to update for me before I asked for it. All done within 10 minutes. Keep up the good work!
